Wine Tasting, Food, Fun and Gifts! Pick up a wine country gift or award-winning wine perfect for the holiday season. Garré Winery to feature several arts and crafts booths such as Hugo Naturals Botanical Apothecary, Monica's Jewelry, Goin Beads Wine Charms, Wild Bills Honey with observation beehive, Bananasaurux Rex recycled and refurbished textiles, Just Beecauze décor and design, and Bardelli's authentic handpainted hand painted Italian ceramics. Also, One Warm Coat Drive, Toys for Tots Gift Drive, Holiday Stew served in sourdough bowls, holiday treats, hot apple cider and more! Winemaker's choice wine tasting will be 2007 Chardonnay, 2006 Gina Marie's Merlot, 2006 Merlot, 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon & 2004 Petite Sirah.

Winter Beer Pairing Dinner

Enjoy the spirit of the holidays and head to Garré Winery for a festive winter beer pairing dinner event. Enjoy four courses of carefully crafted cuisine prepared by our award-winning chef and paired with specialty and winter release brews exclusively from Snowshoe Brewery, located in the foothills of the Sierra. Enjoy unique pairings such as Braised Lamb Shank with roasted root vegetables paired with Grizzly Brown Ale. Culinary and wine educator Executive Chef Ty Turner will extol the nuances of beer pairing for everyone from suds aficionados to those who don't know hops from malt. $42 per person includes 4 courses with paired beverages.

Garré Bridal Tasting

For Garré Winery and Martinelli Event Center booked brides only. Come and enjoy a complimentary tasting of Chef's Choice select appetizers, salads and entrees, along with Winemakers Choice wines for tasting. Choosing the selections to offer your guests can be a chore, the style of this event allows Garré brides and grooms to mix and mingle with other couples allowing the free exchange of ideas in a relaxed and social environment. The Executive Chef will visit with brides and grooms and Garré Event Coordinators are available for planning advice and information.

The Tri-Valley, California Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB), the destination marketing organization for the cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville, announced today the 1st Annual Destination Showcase to be held January 22, 2009 from 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the San Ramon Valley Conference Center in San Ramon, California. The new event will promote the area's various meeting and event venues, hotels and event service providers to Bay Area meeting & event planners.The CVB expects to have over 50 exhibitors, including Garré Winery and the Martinelli Event Center. Local Livermore Valley wineries will be on hand to offer tasting of their latest vintage and Tri-Valley caterers will provide samplings of their best cuisine.
