Garnet in color, this ’16 Sangiovese is medium body with aromas of roasted tomato, cherries, baking spices of clove and cinnamon, hints of clay pot and potpourri. On the palate red raspberry, sundried tomato, dried flowers balanced and smooth tannin. Will pair well with Fontina & Parmesan Cheese, Pasta w/ tomato or meat sauce, sausage and grilled steak.
